Tuition for 2025-2026
We are committed to making a Garden State Classical Academy education affordable for you. Learn more about our tuition assistance program.
Tuition Assistance Program
Garden State Classical Academy is committed to making classical education affordable for as many families as possible through its tuition assistance program.
You may apply for tuition support with our partner, FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS conducts a financial needs assessment. If you are a new family, your tuition support application will not be considered until you complete your admission application.
Tuition Philosophy and Policies
Tuition represents trust between parents and school leaders. We believe we are accountable to God for managing these resources. The board of trustees set tuition to help us fulfill our mission and serve our students well. We do this through prayer, generosity, and sacrifice. We aim to set tuition at an amount that allows us to keep our promises of a robust educational program while making it affordable for many families through our tuition assistance program.
At Garden State Classical Academy, tuition and fees cover all classroom activities and our full academic program. There are no extra fees for technology, textbooks, workbooks, or other curriculum materials. However, some extracurricular activities over the school year may have a small fee to help cover costs. These activities will be completely optional.
Withdrawal From the Current School Year
Students who withdraw by October 1 will receive a prorated tuition refund for the full academic year.
Withdrawals after October 1 but before December 23 will receive a 50% tuition refund for the full academic year.
Students withdrawn after December 23 but before February 28 shall receive a 25% tuition refund for the academic year.
For students enrolling after October 1 of their initial year of attendance, tuition refunds will be prorated for the first 30 calendar days of enrollment, after which regular tuition policies will apply.
Continuous Enrollment
At Garden State Classical Academy, we recognize the value of a long-term partnership with you in the education of your children. We are also committed to strategic stewardship of resources and to planning with excellence. As a result, we utilize continuous enrollment. From the time of admission, your child will be considered enrolled at GSCA through their 12th-grade graduation or until enrollment is otherwise ended by you or by the academy by the processes outlined in the parent-student handbook.
Payment Schedule Options
Monthly payment plan: Payments are made once a month for twelve months (Aug–Jul) through FACTS tuition management.
